Sending Orders from Resware

Once you have integrated with Resware, it's good to send over a test file or two to make sure everything is working properly. To do so follow these steps:

Open a test file. On the “General” tab, add the Snapdocs Partner that was just created during the integration process. 




Next, click the “Signings” tab, and “Add...” a signing. You will need to enter signing date/time, type, location, and signing parties.

Please note! The times you enter here must be in fifteen minute intervals (e.g. 11:00am, 11:15am, 11:30am, 11:45am).


Navigate to the “XML” tab. There is an “XML Message” dropdown in the bottom right corner:


In order to create an order in Snapdocs, you have to send the Resware order and the signing. These two components create 1 order in Snapdocs. The first step is to select "Send Order - Your Partner." and click "Send." Next, select "Send Signing - Your Partner" and click "Send" again. <- Important!


These two steps together, when successful, should create an order in Snapdocs. Here is what success looks like in the Resware XML tab!
