If you can't find a notary in Snapdocs that you know already has an account or you are receiving the Email Already Registered error when trying to add a notary to Snapdocs, go to Admin > Notaries and search for the notary by last name and/or email on the All Notaries page.
If the notary's name is grayed out that means they were deactivated by someone on your team. To reactivate, select the notary’s name and select Activate on their profile.
