Why can't I find a notary in Snapdocs that already has an account?

If you can't find a notary in Snapdocs that you know already has an account or you are receiving the 'Email Already Registered' error when trying to add a notary to Snapdocs, try going to Admin > Notaries and searching 'All Notaries' by last name and/or email.




If the notary's name is grayed out that means they were deactivated by someone on your team. Just click into the notary profile and scroll to the bottom to Reactivate that notary.
