Set up product-specific instructions to cut time spent copy and pasting information on orders.
Go to Admin --> Clients --> click into client page, under "Signing Products" hit the little pencil icon:
Click Add Special Instructions:
Paste in special instructions and save:
And that's it!
Next time you have an order with this signing product, you'll see these special instructions pop up when you hit the "Send notary confirmation" button:
