Once a lender sends a new closing to Snapdocs, Snapdocs will automatically process the closing documents. When processing is done, the settlement office and agent associated with the closing will receive a notification via email with subject line: [Signer Last Name] [Loan Number], You have a new closing | [Lender Name].
Click the Print Lender Documents button and log into Snapdocs using your username and password as well as 2FA. The closing documents will be available for download under the Unsigned Documents section. Regardless of the closing type, please download and print the wet sign package in preparation for the wet signing appointment. Use the download button on the right side of the package to download.
For a hybrid closing, the borrower needs to eSign their documents before you upload and send the signed documents back to the lender. You can check the eSign status on the closing page under the section Esign Status. If the borrower has not eSigned, please refer to the best practices outlined here.
