Continuing to streamline the Settlement Agent and Consumer workflow is an ongoing priority. With these new changes, we’ve further enhanced the efficiency and accuracy of this process:
- Documents will no longer be released to the Settlement Agent and Consumer until our Product Augmentation team has rectified any discrepancies with the documents during a final QC stage.
- This QC stage helps to keep documents error-free, so that upon receipt, Settlement Agents and Consumers have a non-disruptive experience.
Bug Fixes & Small Enhancements
Notaries can now edit their W-9 information in the “Credentials” section on their profile.
