Once your signing appointment is complete and, for a hybrid closing, you have confirmed the eSigning is complete, you are ready to upload the wet signed documents into the Snapdocs closing and send them to the lender.
Log into Snapdocs using the email you received with subject line: [Signer Last Name] [Loan Number], You have a new closing | [Lender Name].
To upload the signed documents, simply drag and drop the files, or click choose files.
When the button appears, click Finish adding.
A pop up will appear with the following message asking you to confirm that all signed documents have been added. Click Yes, send documents to lender.
This will automatically complete the signing appointment status and send all signed documents back to the lender.
