When you are ready to download the document package, simply navigate to step 2 in your closing, labeled “Download Closing Package”.
Once there, you can click the > symbol next to "Documents for reference" if you do not see any documents listed as they may be hidden behind the carrot icon.
You should then see both the original package, which will include all the documents that need to be signed. Additionally, you will see the esignable package, which only includes the documents that need to be e-signed by the borrower.
*Note- these should only be printed if the borrower does not e-sign. Additionally, even though the package may be viewable, this does not necessarily mean it is ready for the borrower to e-sign. For more information on which documents to print, please check out this help article here.
Any new documents that have been uploaded for you will be marked with the "NEW" icon next to the download documents button.
Finally, when you are finished with the closing, make sure you upload the signed package back into Snapdocs.
You can easily do this by either clicking the “Add signed funding package” button, or by simply dragging and dropping the package into Snapdocs. Additionally, if you need to add additional documents, you can always click the +add files button to the right.
