After the signing appointment, make sure to upload the scanned wet-sign package into the Snapdocs portal.
In the "signed documents" section, click "choose files." This will open a screen for you to select the files you wish to upload. You can also drag and drop the documents into the panel.
After uploading a package, if you wish to add more documents click the "add more files" button. Otherwise, click "Send documents to lender."
After you have uploaded all documents, scroll to the "signing information & status" section and mark the closing as complete. This will notify the lender that all documents have been uploaded - please note you can still upload more documents to the platform after marking the closing as complete.
