In the event you need to upload last minute or “rush” documents to a closing after the original documents have been uploaded, you have the ability to do so. This can be useful if you need to transmit documents to a notary quickly.
Near step 1 of the closing, you should see a pencil icon located near the top right of the screen. Clicking this will give you the add rush documents if needed.
Simply click ‘Add rush documents’ and you will be prompted to upload the remaining documents.
However, given that the documents are being uploaded closer to the signing appointment, please note the following:
- The “rush documents” will be treated as wet sign documents without a preview.
- The documents will not be processed by Snapdocs.
- The “rush documents” will be appropriately shared with all signing participants (scheduler, notary) if a notary has been requested.
