Day-to-day functions at Snapdocs have been unaffected by COVID-19. We’re still here to support your business, and we are proactively providing resources to signing agents to help them determine if it’s appropriate to proceed with a signing. This includes an in-app alert that directs signing agents to this resource page.
If you would like to include guidance or messaging to signing agents, there are a few options available in Snapdocs for you to do so:
- You can customize your email templates to signing agents, either for all of the signings or specifically for individual clients. This functionality also lets you include messaging to consumers if you are utilizing our feature to send confirmations to the consumers.
- If you’d prefer more direct communication, you can message both signing agents and consumers directly on the order.
If you have any additional forms for the signing agent or consumer to fill out, you can include those when you’re uploading documents to the order.
Additionally, if you have a lender client who would like you to provide all signing agents with specific instructions, you can add special instructions to all orders with a particular client. The instructions will be automatically included in the notary confirmation email that’s sent to signing agents after they are assigned to an order. The signing agent will also be able to see these instructions when they view the order in their account.
