- Settlement Agents will notice that we've updated the content on the Help Center widget, when viewing their dashboard, to link support articles to the most common types of problems new and returning Settlement agents experience on our platform!
- We've streamlined the document processing flow so that when Hybrid closings are converted to a full Wet, documents become available for immediately download. No more waiting!
- We've address the issue of consumers not being notified to preview their documents on full Wet sign closings, as well as lender team members not being notified when scanbacks are uploaded.
