Closings
- Now, if the Settlement Agent forgets to click the Send to Lender button, the system will wait for 5 minutes before automatically pushing the uploaded docs to the Encompass system.
- Upon the signed docs being successfully uploaded to the Closing, the Lender will receive an email notifying them docs are available for download from Encompass Consumer Connect.
- If signed docs are uploaded before the eSigning has been completed, the Lender will receive an email letting them know that they will be notified once they're available.
- If signed docs are uploaded before the eSigning has been completed, the Lender will receive an email letting them know that they will be notified once they're available.
- We've made some updates to comment visibility when a notary is requested from a closing, so that they will be displayed on both the Mobile Notary platform and the Closings interface.
