Closings
- General
- The audit trail will now record and display individual eSigning events for hybrid closings with multiple borrowers
- Users can no longer delete documents after the closing status is marked as "closed"
- Users who are associated to multiple companies will now only receive Snapdocs' branded emails
- Users will now be able to request a notary for RON and Hybrid Closings with eNote
- Lenders
- Lenders now have to ability to convert a Hybrid Closing to Wet Closing if the Signing Appointment is in the past
- Settlement Agents
- We've updated the copy for the option to auto-populate the Settlement Office address to "Use my office address", to make it more clear what the option entails
- We've removed the "available soon" text under the Send eSign Reminder option when the eSigning has not been unlocked, to avoid confusion
- RON
- We've made it easier for the Consumer to attend their virtual signing via the "enter video call" button under the Signing Appointment section of their interface
- eNote
- Settlement Agents who have permissions to create Closings, can now also create Hybrid Closings with eNote
Mobile Notary
- General
- When a notary is requested from a closing, we will now send a feedback survey to the Consumer, after the order has been closed
- RON
- We've removed the ability to edit the location on the Notary order for RON

We’ve updated the Notary order page for RON with the following details:

Changed “Signing Location” to be “Property Address”
- Updated the “Scanbacks” text in the Documents section to be “Not applicable for RON appointments”
- The notarization method will be displayed as “Remote Online Notarization”
- The scheduler will not be able to add documents to the order
- The scheduler will be able to view the documents, but not be able to download the docs

Closings
- General
- We've fixed an issue where the Lending team was not receiving the "Closing has been created" email
- We've fixed an issue that incorrectly displayed the User's name in the navigation bar
- We’ve fixed the issue with the eSign status section displaying incorrect information about the signing appointment
- We’ve fixed the bug on Wet Closings, in which the “Lender package” status did not display correctly after the signing appointment was completed
- We've fixed an intermittent issue where completed eSign docs were not auto-returning to the lender
- We've fixed the issue where new Settlement Agents were receiving expired password links
- RON
- We've fixed an issue with the Closing Create Form, so that only 5-digit zip codes will be accepted in the Property Address field
- eNote
- We've fixed an issue where eNote documents were not being pushed to Encompass due to an unsupported file type
Snapdocs Schedulings
- General
- We’ve fixed the issue with orders generated in error when the FedEx label had not been used or started tracking yet
- We fixed an intermittent issue where users would be met with a random page of html text
- We’ve fixed the issue in which the “Documents are available for download” email was sent to the scheduling company, even though there were no docs uploaded yet in the Closing
