- General
- New emails to Lender, Settlement Agent and Co-signer when a Signer opted back into eSigning the documents.
- We've fixed the issue causing the Signer access link display poorly when opening in Outlook.
- Moving forward, if the Signer's email is being updated, the "Review & esign" email or "Preview documents" email will be sent after Doc Processing is complete.
- The Activity log will only display the "Signing date passed" event at 11:59pm on the Signing Date. If there is no signing date set for the closing, the event will not be triggered.
- Email template for Parser will now include the Branch ID (optional).

- Settlement Agents
- Moving forward, all the emails sent to Settlement Agents who are also Mobile Notary client users will not have any branding.
- For Wet closings, Settlement can view and download the original package as soon as it’s uploaded onto Snapdocs.
- We've simplified the Document Classification process, allowing Settlement to access the docs in a more timely manner.
- Settlement will only receive the "You have a new closing" email after the Lender has finished uploading the documents.

Bug Fixes
Closings
- General
- We've fixed the issue causing the profile pictures to display in various dimensions.
- We've fixed the issue in which the closing data sent to us has “TBD” or other invalid strings for appointment time, causing the create_closing call to fail.
- Moving forward, when a closing is created in Snapdocs by the EllieMae Integration, Snapdocs automatically kicks off the downloading of documents from Encompass instance.
- We’ve fixed the displayed “eSigned timing” in the ESIGNING section to match the actual timestamp when all the Consumer(s) completed eSigning the docs.
- We’ve fixed the issue in which the searched closing displayed twice in the search result.

- We’ve fixed the issue in which no email communication was sent to the Lender when the SA uploaded additional signed docs.
