Client users are able to add notaries to a Deactivated list so that the notary does not receive order requests from that client user. The notary can be removed from this list by the client user if they want to work with the notary again.
How to add a notary to your Deactivated list
1. Select Notaries
2. On the Notaries page, select the Deactivated tab, then select the +Add deactivated Notary button.
3. Enter the notary’s name or email address in the Notary Name box and choose the notary name from the list.
4. Select Add.
Note: A green banner appears with the message, ”Notary deactivated.” The notary information (ID, name, feedback percentage, order count, location, and phone number) appears
How to remove a notary from your Deactivated list
Select x to remove the notary from the Deactivated list.
The notary information is removed from this list and they will receive order requests for signing orders you enter.
