Snapdocs allows Client Users the ability to deactivate unwanted notaries. Deactivated notaries on all levels will not populate in the 'Automator' when searching for a signing agent. The 'Deactivation' tab provides client users the ability to add and remove notaries from their personal list.
Here is how to deactivate a notary:
- Click on 'Notaries' in the right corner of the Navigation bar.
- This is your Notaries page. You can view preferred and deactivated notaries. Click on Deactivated tab and then click on '+Add deactivated Notary.'
- Notaries can be searched by Name and Email address. Click on the Notaries name in the dropdown, the select 'Add.' (The name or email address must be exact or the notary will not populate.)
- A green banner will populate saying 'Notary deactivated.' You will also see the notary was added below. You will now be able to see the notary id, Name, Feedback percentage, Order count, City/state, and phone number. To remove the notary, click on the 'x' button at the end of the row.
