Record in the Activity log when the Consumer downloads signed
The recorded event will be: “Borrower <borrower_name> has downloaded returned_combined_documents.pdf.
Display the date and time the Consumer can eSign to the QR Code Wet Sign Cover Page
If the date and time the Consumer can eSign have been set, the system will display it on the cover page.

Allow the Consumer to re-select the phone number when completing 2FA step
In Hybrid Closings or full eClosings with Consumers sharing the same email address but have a different phone number: when accessing Snapdocs to eSign documents, they will need to complete the 2FA step.
If they mistakenly select the incorrect phone number to receive the 2FA code during this process, they can click on Picked the wrong phone number? Go back to come back to the “Ready to verify your identity” screen.
Enable DocuSign to handle the Consumer’s change of email address
To help streamline the overall experience when managing Closings in Snapdocs, we have implemented a solution that enables the system to immediately update the Consumer’s new email to DocuSign when the Lenders or Settlement Agents update the Consumer’s email address, instead of restarting the Doc Process as done before.
The system will also re-send the “Review your closing documents” or “Review and eSign your closing documents” email to the new email address.
We fixed the following issue:
- The “Back” button of the “Text Sent to” popup did not respond when clicking.
The fix ensures this button will take the user back to the previous screen of the 2FA setup.
