Snapdocs releases software updates daily to ensure rapid iteration and improvement. All software releases undergo rigorous quality control and change management processes to maintain stability and reliability. Major functionality is released in a disabled state and customers collaborate with their customer success team to plan and enable these updates according to their own schedule and readiness.

Maintenance Window Schedule 

Snapdocs reserves the right to perform maintenance that includes downtime during one window every month.  The first Saturday of a month, starting at 10pm PST and lasting no more than four (4) hours.
