Guide to Your Account Settings

The settings page is where you can manage your notifications, communications, and account, among other things. Here's how you can easily access your settings and a breakdown of your settings page.

How to Access Your Settings

Step 1: Log in to your account at app.snapdocs.com.

Step 2: Select your name in the upper-right corner. A menu should drop down with a link to Settings.

Step 3: You should now see your Settings page.

Notify me when there are available signings in my area - Control whether you'd like to be notified of available signing opportunities.

Send available signing notifications via text message - Manage whether you'd like to be notified of available signing offers via text or email.

Notify me when my profile is updated - Choose to receive an email when anything on your "My Profile" page is updated.

Receive an email reminder 1 hour before any of my appointments - Be reminded about an upcoming signing one hour before the appointment time.

Send me confirmation emails once a signing order has been completed by the signing service

I want to receive periodic emails from Snapdocs, including monthly summary reports and tips on how to improve my profile - Receive occasional emails from Snapdocs, including monthly summary reports on how many signings you've completed and how much billable revenue you earned each month.

Automatically sync appointments to your Google Calendar - Automatically sync your signing appointments to your Google Calendar by turning this setting on.

Active Sessions

You create a "session" every time you login to your Snapdocs account. Sessions offer transparency into where your account is being accessed from. Learn more about your active sessions here.

Other Settings

This account represents a team of notaries

Use this feature to let companies know that your account represents more than just one notary signing agents. For example, turn this feature on if you are a couple, siblings, or team of signing agents working under the account. If every signing agent has their own individual Snapdocs account, there's no need to turn this feature on. 

Note: We highly encourage all signing agents to have his or her own account for security and compliance reasons. Learn why.

Deactivate Profile

If you're no longer interested in using Snapdocs, you can deactivate your profile to remove yourself from our search. Learn more about deactivating and re-activating your profile here.
