CD Balancing Common Errors
Here, we’ll outline the most common errors you may encounter and provide clear steps to resolve them.
Handling errors
If there is an error processing documents, both the lender and the title company will get an email. The title company or the lender can re-upload and re-process documents or the lender can opt to balance manually in our manual CD editor. This is a dual screen with a fill in the blank CD.
Locked Loan
Error Message: Failed to create closing document order: Loan is not currently locked for the session.

How to resolve: Exit the loan in Encompass and select the Refresh button in Snapdocs.
