How a Client User Can Deactivate and Reactivate Notaries

Client users are able to add notaries to a Deactivated list so that the notary does not receive order requests from them any longer.

Note: The notary can be removed from this list by the client user if they decide they want to work with the notary again.

How to add a notary to your deactivated list

Step 1: Select your name in the upper right corner of the page and then select Notaries.

Step 2: On the Notaries page, select the Deactivated tab. Then select the +Add deactivated Notary button.

Step 3: Enter the notary’s name or email address in the Notary Name box and choose the notary name from the list.Client User Deactivated Notaries 3Step 4: Select Add.

Note: A green banner appears with the message, ”Notary deactivated.” The notary information (ID, name, feedback percentage, order count, location, and phone number) appears

How to remove a notary from your deactivated list

Step 1: Select x to remove the notary from the Deactivated list.

The notary information is removed from this list and they will receive order requests for signing orders you enter.
