We’ve expanded messaging capabilities to allow clients/participants and notaries to message each other directly.
How It Works
Previously, the client and notary could only message the scheduler. Now, the client can now message the notary directly.
The notary can now message the client and participant directly.
You are still able to see what was sent between the client and notary!
Schedulers are able to view messages sent between the notary and client in the activity trail of the order. You will be able to see who the message was sent to but will only receive notifications for comments sent to the scheduler.
How Do I Turn This Feature On?
You can turn this feature on or off globally for all clients in company settings.
You can manage this feature on a client-specific basis by accessing the client settings.
You can see which clients have the feature enabled or disabled on the main client search page.
Why Turn This Feature On?
This can save costs for the scheduling company. ~76% of the work that our schedulers do consists of responding to comments. One early access customer has seen a ~42% reduction in overall messages sent to their schedulers (from ~1.2K to ~700 per week). That translates to a lot less work for their schedulers, and can lead them to realize some big cost savings.
