      Lending Team: Converting to a fully wet closing

      In just a few simple steps you can convert your closing to a full wet sign.

      When documents are fully processed

      Step 1: On the “Closings” Page, look at the Documents section and then look at Download Unsigned Documents. To the right of the eSign package, select on the three dots to expose the option "Convert to full wet sign closing."

      Step 2: Once you select Convert to full wet sign closing, you'll be prompted to confirm your choice. Select Convert to wet sign once again.

      You’re all set! The closing will be converted to a full wet closing in Snapdocs. 

      When documents are still processing

      Step 1: On the Closings page, select edit.

      Step 2: Change the Closing method to Wet signing.  Then select Save changes. The closing will reprocess as a wet closing.
