Settlement: Converting to a fully wet closing

Sometimes the original closing method does not work out and a closing needs to be converted to a full wet closing.

Step 1: On the “Closings” Page, select on “convert to wet closing in the Unsigned documents panel.

Step 2: Select the reason for converting to wet closing from the list provided.

Step 3: Once you’ve selected the reason for converting, click “Yes, I want a full wet sign closing”.

You’re all set! The closing will be converted to a full wet-closing in Snapdocs.
