Navigating the Dashboard

The Dashboard is where you’ll see all of the orders created by a title company.

You are also able to monitor the progress of a specific signing and follow along with each stage of the signing.

Navigation Bar

The Navigation Bar is helpful for sorting through orders by task.

When a new order comes in that needs a notary assigned, it appears under both the All upcoming orders and Needs notary sections.

If you click on Needs notary, the dashboard shows only your orders that do not yet have a notary assigned.

After you start your notary search, the status for the order will update to Automating until a notary is assigned.

The Product column on the dashboard allows you to quickly see the product selected for each order. This column can also be sorted alphabetically by clicking on Product.

Requires Documents Notification

The dashboard notes when documents have not been added to an order and updates the Status of the order to Needs docs.

This appears on the dashboard for orders that meet the following criteria:

  • A notary has been assigned
  • The document status has not been set
  • The signing appointment is within 4 business hours
By default, these orders will be sorted right below orders with no assigned notary in the All upcoming orders section of the dashboard.
