Deleting Your Snapdocs Account Data

We understand you may want to manage the information associated with your account. Whether you are looking for a temporary break or a permanent removal of your data, we have provided the steps below to help you navigate the process

Deactivation vs. Full Data Deletion

Before proceeding, it is important to decide which option best suits your needs

Deactivation

This is a great option if you want to stop using the platform temporarily but may want to return in the future. 

If you would ONLY like to deactivate your account instead of requesting full account deletion, please follow the steps here. 

Full Data Deletion 

This is a permanent request to remove your personal information from our systems.

 

How to Request Full Data Deletion

If you would like to permanently delete your data, we utilize a dedicated portal to ensure your request is handled securely and efficiently.

  1. Visit the Snapdocs Privacy Center.
  2. Select the button labeled “Make a Privacy Request.”
  3. Snapdocs and our privacy partner, Transcend, will begin the process of fulfilling your request.

Important Note: To verify your identity and complete the request, you will need to provide:

  • The email address associated with your Snapdocs account.
  • The telephone number associated with your Snapdocs account.
