Originally this email only had lender users as being able to receive this notification but due to lender request, we have now made it possible for settlement agents on a closing to receive this notification as well. The aim here is to also let the settlement agent know when a closing has a signing appointment completed but the eSign is still pending that way they can remind the borrower to finish the eSign if needed.
Doc Upload Request Tool
For Admins, Snapdocs has added a new tool to the Settings page called Doc Upload Request. This is a Doc Upload tool for lenders to easily share sample packages with Snapdocs during document onboarding. It allows for secure sharing and automation of the doc model training process. This replaces the previous manner of sharing documents via an external file sharing service, a client's file sharing service, or SFTP. Customer Success will input requests and you will see them here when/if they are needed. You will also be notified via email.
