New Lender Login Experience

On March 19th 2025, Snapdocs will be making changes to the way in which Lender Users who do not use SSO login. When this change occurs, the login screen you normally access will be modified, however you can continue to use your old email and password. On your first login you will be asked to choose a Two Factor Authentication (2FA) method (SMS or Authenticator App) on your first login. Subsequent logins will utilize your email and password as well as this Two Factor Authentication (2FA) Method. For more information on setting up 2FA, see this support article.
