Refined in-app notifications during the notary search process
In-app notifications have been updated to alert users of specific scenarios during the notary search process.
Notary Connect’s search process will pause and notify users when:
- The search has reached out to 60 notaries

A notary marked themselves as available

The search has reached out to preferred and favorited notaries
The search process will stop and notify users when:

The search has reached out to the entire pool of notaries
NOTARY CONNECT
Automatically exclude removed notaries from search results
When a notary is removed from an order, Notary Connect will automatically exclude them from future search results related to that order.
This replaces the previous process where schedulers manually deselected notaries to prevent reaching out to them again. Please note, schedulers can manually reselect the notary if they want to consider them for the order.

New 1-hour timeframe for document release settings
The dropdown menu for document release settings has been updated to include a 1-hour timeframe in addition to the existing options.
