For signers in different locations for their RON signing, follow the steps below:
1. Each signer receives an email from noreply@snapdocs.com
2. Select the button/link in the email to be directed to your transaction at app.proof.com
3. When a transaction is initiated as a multi-signer transaction with individual emails, you'll be directed to the Who is Signing? screen.
4. Select Join Now to join the notary meeting:

You'll enter the Waiting Room to wait for the other borrowers to join.

If you select Continue without others you'll move past the Waiting Room to start a notary meeting on your own. (This is now a Split Signing.)
5. Once all borrowers are in the Waiting Room, you're automatically moved to the meeting queue to wait for a notary to pick up your call. (This is a Concurrent Signing)
6. Once the borrowers are in the meeting with the notary, they will see each other on separate video feeds.
