eCLOSING
New self-serve reporting functionality
Self-serve reporting is now available for all customers that do not already receive scheduled reports. This feature will allow Admin and Manager level users to easily gain insights on the health of their closing operations.
Users can now view these insights via the analytics page or by downloading a .csv file to manage platform data in the tool of their choice.
To access self-serve reporting:
-
Go to the top right corner of the Snapdocs platform
-
Click on the drop-down menu
-
Select the "Analytics" page
Feedback on self-serve reporting is highly encouraged and appreciated!
eCLOSING
New RON-specific email for settlement agents
For full eClosings (RON), settlement agents will now receive an introductory email with RON-specific instructions and requirements.
eVAULT
Ability to view audit trail from eNote page
A comprehensive eNote audit trail is now available on the eNote page of the Snapdocs eVault. This allows users to view a detailed record of all eNote-related actions—both internal and external—performed while the vault has rights to the eNote. The audit trail can be exported in both .csv or .xlsx formats.
FUNDING QUALITY CONTROL
Update to handwritten date reviewer
Funding Quality Control has been enhanced to make the reviewing of handwritten dates easier and faster. Snapdocs now automatically checks handwritten dates, flagging only those with potential errors for funder review. Examples may include dates that don’t match the closing date, or expired notary commission dates.
Please note, this feature is available to customers who use our Quality Control product with missing signing field detection.
FUNDING QUALITY CONTROL
New Funding Quality Control report functionality
Funders can now quickly review non-standard/edge-case signatures within the Snapdocs Funding Quality Control Report. In cases that would typically require manual review of the closing package (i.e. if a borrower is required to sign with trust or power of attorney language), Funders can now scan and verify signatures within the Funding Quality Control Report, eliminating the need to open the full package.
Please note, this feature is available to customers who use our Quality Control product with missing signing field detection.
