In-App notification for new orders
Users now have the option to receive in-app notifications, in addition to an email, triggered when clients create new orders.

New link to access W-9 Form from credentials tab
Previously, notaries were unable to access their completed W-9 forms from their user profiles. A new link has been added to the credentials tab allowing them to view and download a copy of their W-9.

Auto-expand instructions in notary’s view
Previously, the notary view minimized instructions on an order, requiring notaries to manually click sections to see specific instructions. Now instructions will be auto-expanded, making them immediately visible to notaries as they enter the order page.
