Estimated Page Count

Estimated page count appears on the signing requests to provide transparency to the notary.

The size of the document package may deter some notaries from accepting a signing, so it is helpful to have the documents uploaded to the order so a notary does not get assigned that cannot accommodate the package size.

Notaries see an estimated page count on a signing request if all of these conditions are met:

• The client has marked that they’ve finished uploading documents.
• There have been more than 10 previous orders for this product.
• This order’s page count is within a reasonable range of the average historical page count for this product.
