In your accounting tools, you can export important data from Snapdocs, filtered by type of information and date range. Follow these steps to get the date you need:
Note: Only team members with admin permissions can export data.
Step 1: Select Admin and then Accounting Tools.
Step 2: Choose what type of data to export, based on specific parameters for each type of data.
Choose Export Notary Vendor Info, choose to include information about notaries with or without a tax ID or SSN, and a particular date range to export data from. Select the Generate Report button to download a spreadsheet with the information with your clients' names and contact information onto your computer.
Choose Export Client Customer Info and choose a particular date range to export data from. Select the Generate Report button to download a spreadsheet with the information with your clients' names and contact information onto your computer.
Choose Export Orders, choose a particular date range to export data from, choose a particular client's orders to export or All from the Select Client list, and choose to include or exclude orders that are canceled or on hold. Select the Generate Report button to send a .csv file to your email with this report (including the time, date, location, client, product, notary, etc.).
Choose Export all client email addresses then select the Generate Report button, to download a spreadsheet onto your computer with the names and email addresses for all client users.
