I'm permanently/temporarily locating to a new place. How do I update my location on Snapdocs?

If you're either permanently or temporarily moving to a new location and would like to receive signing opportunities in that area, all you have to do is update the street address on your profile. Our system will automatically recognize this in real time and you will start receiving notifications for opportunities in your new location. There's no need to contact Snapdocs, signing services, or title companies, as your location change will automatically register in our system.

Please note that if you're moving to a different state, you will also need to upload a valid notary commission for that state. You can find instructions on how to do so below.

Follow these instructions to update your location:

 

1. Login to your account at app.snapdocs.com

2. Go to "My Profile."

 

3. Scroll down the page until you see the "Address Info" box.

 

4. Once you've made changes to your street address, be sure to click the "Update Profile" button in the upper-right to save your changes.

 

5. If you've successfully updated your information, you should see a green confirmation message at the top of the page.

 

If You're Moving to a Different State

If you're moving to a different state, please upload your notary commission for that state on your Credentials page. You will not receive notifications for signing opportunities in the state you are in, unless you have an uploaded commission for that state.
