To make client fee adjustments on an order, click the "Edit" button in the "Client Fees" section.
Here you will enter in a description and fee amount. You also have the option to share the adjustment details with the client. If you select the option to share with the client, they will not receive an email. They will only see the line item break down on their invoice. If you do not select this, the client will only see the fee total.
To adjust the fee type, type in an amount or use the arrows. "Save." Your Client Fees will show your adjustment and Total. If you have chosen to share the adjustments with the client you will see "Shared" in the box.
You can make as many adjustments as you need. Lets say you want to subtract $5 now, you can "Edit" your client fees and enter in a "-5."
