How do I change my notification settings?

You can receive notifications of available signing opportunities through one of two ways:

  • Via text
  • Via email

You can also turn off your notifications completely. This means you will not be notified of available signing opportunities in your area. Instead, companies must call you to inquire about your availability.

 

1. Login to your account and click on your name in the upper right-hand corner. A drop-down menu should appear. Click on "Settings."

 

2. The "Notify me when there are available signings in my area" setting under the "Contact Settings" section and "Available signings in my area" setting under the "SMS Settings" section are what affect your notifications.

To turn all signing notifications off and receive only phone calls:

  • "Notify me when there are available signings in my area" should be "Off."

To turn on text notifications:

  • "Notify me when there are available signings in my area" should be "On."
  • "Available signings in my area" should be "Text."

To turn on email notifications:

  • "Notify me when there are available signings in my area" should be "On."
  • "Available signings in my area" should be "Email."

 

We highly recommend choosing to receive text notifications, as they are more instantaneous. You also receive a boost in ranking for receiving text notifications. We've also found that over 95% of signings are assigned to a signing agent who is receiving text notifications.
