We are excited to announce the ability to pin orders! This feature allows schedulers to pin orders that require additional attention or follow-up to the dashboard. Pinning orders to the dashboard grants visibility to the rest of the team and provides another avenue to easily provide the necessary support each order requires.
Any open order has the ability to be pinned. Simply navigate to the order page and locate the “Pin order to top of owner's dashboard” underneath the Owner section. Select the check box and hit ‘Save.’ This order will now display at the top of the owners ‘Mine’ Section of the dashboard.
