I don't have documents for a signing, what do I do?

If you are looking for documents for an order, you will need to contact the company you are working with. Although Snapdocs provides this technology platform to notaries and companies, we are not involved in the individual orders that are processed through the site and as a result cannot help you get the documents. If you haven't received documents for a signing, there are a couple of things you can do to contact the company:

1) Go into the specific order and leave a message in the comments section. The company will receive an email and see the comment within the order on their end. 


2) If you haven't been able to reach someone within the order, you can find the company's contact information by clicking on "contact us" written in grey at the very top of the order. A window like this one will open:
