Update Account Information

To update your user information in Snapdocs, click the dropdown next to your name in the top right-hand corner and select “My Account”. From there you can add a photo, update your contact information or change your password.


Step 1: Go to “Your Name” > My Account



Step 2: Add a photo, update your contact information and title. 

Step 3: Adjust your time zone and two factor authorization settings. This is also where you can change your password.

After you set your time zone, you can choose to display times on your dashboard in the order's time zone, regardless of your office's location, by clicking this box:


Two factor authorization is a security feature we have in place to ensure that only you can login to your account. When you sign in from an unrecognized location, our system will prompt you for a numeric code that we will send to you via email or text message.
