When receiving payment from the companies you work with through Snapdocs, you can choose whether to receive payment under your individual name or your company name.
If you don't have a company name, you'll automatically receive payment under your individual name, and there's nothing you need to do for this.
If you do have a company name, we recommend adding it to your profile. Even if you add your company name to your profile, you can still receive payment under your individual name - just follow the instructions here to add your company name to your profile and select how you would like to receive payment:
1. Login and go to your "My Profile" page.
2. Scroll down the page until you see the "Address Info" box. Enter your company name in the "Company Name" field.
3. Once you've entered your company name, you should see an option appear to select whether you'd like to receive payment under your company name or your personal name. Select which name companies should make your checks payable to.
