For security reasons, Snapdocs will lockdown your account after 5 unsuccessful attempts have been made to login. After 4 unsuccessful attempts, you will see a warning message:


After a 5th unsuccessful attempt, you will be unable to try again for 30 minutes. You should see this message indicating that this has happened:




You will be unable to attempt login with the current password for 30 minutes. However, you can get into the account by resetting your password. Just follow our Password Reset Instructions.

When you reset your password, you may be asked for a secondary login code. This code will be sent to you via email or text message depending on your settings.
