When you receive a closing in Snapdocs, you’ll need to set the date, time, and location of the wet-signing. This information is then provided to the consumer so that they have all of the information about their closing in one place.
To set the appointment date and time, select the date and time from their respective fields and click “Save.” Note that there may be a restriction as to how soon you can set the appointment date: in this case, you’ll see the “earliest signing date” listed.
To set the location, you can either type in an address, or check the box for “Use my office address” if the signing is happening in your settlement office. *Make sure to click save again, as this is saved separately from the appointment date and time.
This information will then be provided to the consumer when they log-in to preview and eSign documents.
