In order to send action event codes from Snapdocs to Resware, you will first need to create these action events in Resware. You will then need to add a code number to each of the action events.
Please note: you can choose whichever number you would like to be associated with each event.
Step one is to create the action events in Resware
To create these events, click on Click on Admin -> Action Lists -> Action Events.
Once in action events, add the name for each event you would like to create an action for:
- 'notary_assigned'
- 'appointment_confirmed'
- 'notary_downloads_docs'
- 'completion_status_did_not_sign’
- 'completion_status_completed’
Once you have all of your desired action events added, then add action codes to these events by clicking on admin -> partner related -> Resware to Resware Partner Mappings.
Once you have chosen which partner you want to add these codes to, toggle the service drop down to Action events.
On the Action events page, hit “add” on the right side to add the action events.
Choose the action event and add a code number. Again, these code numbers can be anything you would like them to be.
Once the code numbers have been added, you will see the action codes being pushed back from Resware in the XML tab.
For example: We have the code 44 set up to mean “notary_assigned” (again the code numbers can be anything you decide).
Information we need from you to configure this feature:
- Resware URL
- Resware Username & Password
- Codes for each of the actions you would like to have turned on, such as:
- 'notary_assigned'
- 'appointment_confirmed'
- 'notary_downloads_docs’
- 'completion_status_did_not_sign'
- 'completion_status_completed’
