New Updates: Download Preliminary Invoices & Complete Document Checklist
1. Now Available: Download a Preliminary Invoice
You can now download a preliminary invoice directly from the order page—no special settings required. This update was made in response to customer feedback requesting broader access.
You’ll now find the “Download Invoice” button conveniently located at the top of the order page, instead of the bottom.
Notaries Must Now Accept Order Instructions Before Downloading Documents
To help ensure critical instructions are read and followed, notaries will now be required to review and accept order instructions before they can download documents. While instructions have always been visible on the order page, this added step reinforces their importance and confirms notary acknowledgment.
As part of this update, we’ve included a “Failure to Follow Instructions” notice, which states: “Failure to follow the instructions on this order may result in a negative review and/or reduced fee.”
Once notaries select “I understand” for each checklist item, the documents will become available for download.
