      Locating Notary Accounts

      You can easily locate the accounts of notaries that have signed up with Snapdocs.

      Step 1: Go to Admin > Notaries.

      Step 2: Search for the notary by last name and/or email on the All Notaries page.

      Note: If the notary's name is grayed out that means they were deactivated by someone on your team. To reactivate, select the notary’s name and select Activate on their profile.
