Manually Uploading a title CD

If title emails you a CD, first direct them to use the Snapdocs CD Balancer. If they decline, you can upload the title CD manually and use the Snapdocs balancing UI.for them.

Step 1: Navigate to the appropriate balancing entry. Select the Upload preliminary settlement CD manually menu to expand the section.

Step 2: Upload the settlement CD and select Upload settlement CD.
