NOTARY CONNECT
Ability to cancel and restart Quickbooks sync
A “cancel sync” button has been added to the platform, allowing admin users to cancel an unsuccessful Quickbooks sync. The button will automatically appear after 30 minutes of unsuccessful syncing. After cancellation, users can restart the syncing process.
NOTARY CONNECT
Post Closing Tool settings now accessible within the platform
Post Closing Tool settings can now be accessed and changed from within the Notary Connect platform. Admin users can turn this setting on for all customers, or for individual clients.
To enable/disable for all clients globally:

Go to Company Settings

Navigate to Client Settings section

Turn on the setting called “Post Closing Tools”
To enable/disable for an individual client:

Go to the Clients tab

Find Client Settings
-
Enable the post-closing tool for chosen clients
