As a signing agent, if you are NNA certified, this will automatically sync with your Snapdocs profile due to a sync we run with NNA. This means that you do not upload your NNA certificate as an additional document.

How to Sync NNA Profile with Snapdocs
Step 1: To successfully sync your NNA information, your NNA profile must have the following criteria. If it does not, your NNA information will not sync with your Snapdocs profile.

Be public.

Have an email address and all phone numbers match exactly what is listed on your Snapdocs profile.

Specifically, say that you are "NNA Certified and Background Screened" and have the NNA Seal on your NNA profile.
Step 2: Wait up to 48 hours. Once your NNA profile fulfills all three of the above requirements, your information will be synced to Snapdocs in 24-48 hours.
Step 3: Check to see if you are synced.
If your NNA information hasn’t synced yet, you should see the following box appear at the top of the page.
If your NNA information has successfully synced, you should see a "NNA Certification" box listed on your Credentials page, with the exam date that's reflected on your NNA profile and a link to your NNA profile.
