Consumers can still have access to a Closing even if they do not have any documents to eSign.
Through the closing, the non-esigning borrower can preview all documents and place comments on the closing, but will not be prompted to eSign. Increased review of Closing Documents in advance of the Closing minimizes errors caught at the Closing table and allows all Consumers to gain the value of Snapdocs in their Closing.
Enabling Non-eSigning Consumers
Lenders can continue their current process and add all Consumers that should have access to the Closing on Snapdocs. Consumers who do not have documents to eSign will remain on the Closing as read-only users.
